Bentonite which is used in the bleaching processes of vegetable (sunflower, soybean, canola, corn oil etc.) and animal oils, known as raffination, is used to adsorb colouring pigments such as xanthophyll, chlorophyll, carotene, gossypol, and hydroxy or polyketoneacids formed by oxidative action, as well as other colouring agents. In addition, it is hydrated in the environment of wine, beer and fruit juice making. (-) charged bentonite granules are combined with particles such as raw material (such as fruit, grains) pulps, sediments, and flocculated, and thus allows the environment to become clear. For this purpose, we produce bentonite with a surface area of 100 - 500 m²/g and high adsorption capacity.
